The experience
What to expect
This Forest Walk in Shimla is all descend and on a clear day offers amazing views of the Great Himalayan ranges.
The Initial stretch of this walk is a trail through the forests of Mashobra, filled with the symphony of nature and eye pleasing views. Thereafter you reach an old village, Sitapur. The village is of British era and still has vintage houses, shops and buildings.
You would then continue the walk through the forest while experiencing nature at its best and there you would find an old temple of Lord Shiva. A temple of vintage architecture, immortal spirituality and infinite peace.
The last stretch is the most steep decline of this walk. A trail that is adventurous, regularly used by locals and leads to a primary school. The walk ends here, near a primary school where your driver would be waiting for you to take you back.
