- Short Description
- Learn the art of pottery and create your own handmade souvenirs under expert guidance while experiencing traditional craftsmanship
- Description
Begin with an introduction to the properties of clay and the essential techniques used to shape. Try your hand at the potter's wheel, where you'll learn the satisfying process of centering, shaping, and forming clay into vessels such as bowls, cups, or small planters. You'll also explore hand-building methods—including pinching, coiling, and slab construction—which allow for greater artistic freedom to create decorative pieces, sculptures, or personalized keepsakes. At the end of the session, take home your piece of art.
